Ooren Illian

Ooren Illian Idama, that was what he was called when he was born. First it confused him, as a child he didn't understand why he was diffrent, there were things he knew how to do, simply because inside him he knew he was doing it right. Like when he piloted the helm of his fathers shuttle on the vacation his family took when he was 3. His fathers pride was all he needed to explore these strange intuitions, and as he grew he learned that there was a time when he was someone else. Yet his family was vague when he asked for the details, only that he was once a hero of his people. His mother taught him the Ida, "to consider" but it never suited him. When the time for something to be done he did it, if someone was interrupted by this process then so be it. Strangely this was accepted by his family and peers, "Ooren Idama, so like you" they would say. As he grew older he dreamed of space, of the stars, then the nightmares came. more>>
