The good Doctor is rumoured to be the result of a saturday night encounter between a clone version of Kim Jong Il and a fire hydrant. Raised in an orphanage on a diet of radioactive ants and Jolt Cola the Doc started building models of space ships with spare food items he found in the local dumpster. One day the Doctor mistook a injured cat for a burito and in the process of moulding it to shape with a butter knife he axidentally set the cats broken tail straight and therefore got an honourary titel from the local hood University. He enrolled in the navy at the age of 15 and quickly got to pilot his own ships after his CO's realised that his lack of perception (well let's face it, hes blind as a bat) made it quite dangerous to put him in a ship with other people in it.
