Delphina Xanieu

Delphina was originally the daughter of a veteran garbage scow operator, and her philosophies about ship utilization are anything but normal. She has a keen ability to scrape every nickel from a design and minimize losses by using cheap and renewable parts. What is most surprising about Delphina is that she chose to become a fighter pilot with this odd sensibility. Everyone thought she would surely become an engineer or mechanic or salvage runner.
