Bio
I used to think I was missing out.
That I should be out there chasing fights instead of chasing production efficiency. That I should be hunting enemies instead of hunting better margins. That somehow the "real" pilots were the ones firing the weapons instead of the ones building them.
But somewhere between the endless warp tunnels, the quiet asteroid fields, and the thousands of jumps across New Eden, I realized something.
I actually like it out here.
The silence.
The distance.
The freedom.
No fleet commander yelling in my ear. No waiting for orders. No station politics. No crowds.
Just me, my ship, and an endless sea of stars stretching farther than I could ever travel.
Most people see an empty system and think there's nothing there.
I see peace.
A place where nobody needs anything from me for a little while.
A place where the only schedule is the next jump gate.
The funny thing is, industrial work taught me something combat never could.
The universe isn't built by heroes.
It's built by the people willing to do the boring jobs every day.
The miners.
The salvagers.
The haulers.
The manufacturers.
The pilots nobody notices until they stop showing up.
So yes, I'll keep doing the grunt work.
I'll keep hauling cargo nobody wants to move.
I'll keep building things other people take for granted.
And when the work is done, I'll point my ship toward the next horizon and disappear into another quiet system.
Because after all these years, I've learned I don't need the spotlight.
Give me an open route, a full cargo hold, and a sky full of stars.
The rest can have the glory.
I'll take the freedom.
