After investigating this event, we have come to the conclusion that a slight bug occurred that caused your capsule to be calculated at two places at once. One of these capsules (the one that you weren't piloting) was destroyed, whereas the other one escaped cleanly. We do apologize for this confusion but you may consider yourself lucky, as by the server's calculations it does appear as you should have indeed died during these events. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the combat log report, though, as we do not have to tools to do so. I hope this clears things up, if there is anything else you need help with, please don't hesitate to contact us.
