Taruul Kautsuo Graduated from Caldari Science and Trade Institute with top scores. After that he wanted to start his ambitious research to improve the how we wage war. In order to do that he applied to Novus Imperium Romanum in order to fund his research. Shortly after Taruul dissapeared and his whereabouts were unknown for a long time. After a year he re-emerged again and started his research all over again. During this time Novus Imperium Romanum had merged with Kagan-Kincaid enterprises so Taruul started to work with the corpoporation to improve their millitary and technological might.
