Many ages ago, on the planet 'earth', a mad scientist longed for control over humanity to turn earth into a "Utopian Playground". With his propaganda, robots and Toy Soldiers, he grew more powerful, nearing the goal that seemed out of reach. Just as he was nearing the ultimate attack and was about to claim the Earth has his, he was assasinated. The world continued to be the unfun corrupt planet it was and nothing changed.
Now, in the EVE Galaxy, a man, sharing Steel's name, soul and genes, is planning for galactic domination. With his army of followers, the "Toy Soldiers", he expands his influence, gaining more and more power. The Caldari Achura would call this man a reincarnation of a soul from Earth.
