Bio
Miss Lockheart was part of the joint Caldari/Amarr cruiser project that was sponsored by the Imperial Star Guards through ISGD Director WulfPriest Mage and headed up by the brilliant Caldari Navy Engineer, Storm Wulff. But when Tibus Heth rose to power he cancelled many Caldari programs. Hers was cut, and she returned to Kaalakiota, eager to help with the war effort. It was the Death of her mentor, Otro Gariushi, at the hands of the Federation madman Admiral Noir, that made her decide to rejoin her friends at the ISGD and get far away from the insanity surrounding her homeworld.
