Cii Artema

Cii is the long-time owner and operator of a small salvaging business. Recently however he has realized that it is easier to find work if you make the wreakage yourself and that sometimes people will even pay you to do so. Unable to turn down the prospect of getting paid twice, Cii enrolled in the State War Academy and has begun working as a contractor for the Caldari Navy to augment his salvaging trade.
