Born on an Emolgranlan station to high ranking diplomats in the Brutor Tribe, Victua never experienced many of the hardships so common amongst his people. However his parents, both being veterans of his peoples war for independence and extreme loyalists, worked hard to instill in their son a strong sense of duty for his people and their history. Much to their pride, Victua was accepted into the Republic Academy where he excelled at Starship command as well as receiving high marks for marksmanship and leadership potential shown. Upon graduation he immediately set out to find ways to defend his people, both freed and still enslaved by the Amarr.
