Deep in the enigmatic void of New Eden, Tobias Galentius carved out a niche unlike any other. Known to most as "Proctoru2," Tobias earned his nickname from his unwavering focus and meticulous precision, qualities akin to an unyielding overseer. But beneath the surface of his determined demeanor lies an eccentric artist with a peculiar choice of medium: toenail clippings.

Raised aboard a derelict Amarr freighter turned rogue artist's haven, Tobias developed an unconventional philosophy that the simplest, most overlooked materials could hold profound meaning. Harvesting toenail clippings from volunteers—willing or otherwise—Tobias creates hauntingly intricate sculptures and mosaics that reflect the untamed chaos of the galaxy. His creations, though polarizing, evoke a visceral reaction that keeps art critics and casual observers alike endlessly fascinated.

His mobile studio and warship, the "Clipping Catalyst," is a heavily modified Astero with state-of-the-art cloaking capabilities and reinforced vaults to safeguard his cherished materials. Tobias's dual identity as an artist and stealthy pilot makes him both an enigma and a force to be reckoned with. Tales abound of him dismantling entire fleets with surgical precision, only to leave behind a bizarre yet beautiful toenail-clipping "calling card" as his signature.

While some see Tobias as a mere oddity, others admire his ability to weave resilience and individuality into the fabric of his art. Whether stationed in a high-security Gallente exhibition or deep in the uncharted territories of wormhole space, "Proctoru2" continues to challenge what it means to create and inspire within New Eden.
