Last contract on record from this period was attack on unarmed Scope journalist cruiser. Believed to have defected and left Caldari space at this point. Next detected in Minmatar regions flying with Tadakastu-Obata Corporation, a capsuleer industrial outfit. Known to have worked extensively with Republic Justice Department and Vherokior tribe.

Returned to Caldari space for advanced training with capsuleer-only "Eve University" organisation. Left University soon after Caldari Prime; recent records indicate Halcana may have gone rogue - numerous illegal attacks in Syndicate and Gallente space found.

ASSESSMENT: Believed unsympathetic to CEP and megacorps, but not to the Caldari people. Probably attempting to support war through piracy rather than fight for State directly.
