Nillun was born on Caille, the capital planet of the Gallente Federation, in a modest family of merchants. He always had a curiosity for the stars and the different cultures that inhabited them. He spent his childhood reading books and watching holovids about the history and lore of New Eden, dreaming of one day becoming an explorer himself.

He was fascinated by the diversity and complexity of human societies, especially those of the other empires and factions. He also learned how to pilot various ships and use scanning equipment to locate and analyze anomalies and signatures in space.

After graduating with honors, he joined a small exploration corporation that specialized in wormhole exploration. He was eager to see the unknown regions of space and discover new secrets and mysteries. He quickly became a skilled and respected explorer, earning the nickname "Nillun the Navigator" among his peers.
