Admin reply after reporting a scammer:

Hi,

Thank you for contacting customer support.

Regretfully some people choose to scam others to make money. We do not in any way support their actions morally but we have a policy that states that we will only intervene in scamming cases if the scammer has used a bug on the game mechanics to mask his intentions.
Keep in mind that a player is not forced to revert the transaction if his claim for doubling or tripling the money was false it is his free will.

We are sorry for your loss and hope that you will recover from it as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to contact us again.

Best regards,
