Toran Melchira

Toran Melchira is an unscrupulous but sociable merchant from the Amarr Empire who learned the ins and outs of trading, commerce and customer relations, as well as some less reputable sales techniques, in the Imperial Navy while serving as a purser on an Augoror-class cruiser. When his tour of duty was completed, Toran applied to the Amarr Imperial Academy for capsule pilot training and was accepted. After graduating from the Academy, he was recruited by the KCA corporation whom he now serves as Chief Factory Manager and as a member of the Board of Directors.
