Arbiter

Born in the Todaki system, "Arbiter" was raised by engineering. During his training he studied the capacitor as if it were art and applied what he learned to his ships. Combining his capacitor knowledge with energy weapons, he ventured out into stars and soon became a pirate hunter. He was known to act as a judge before destroying his victims, and thus his peers dubbed him "Arbiter".
