Talon was originally a crewman aboard the Ytiri Storage facility orbiting the 14th moon of Jita V. He was one of the thousands of workers largely ignored by both ships crews and corporate leaders, and this let him observe first hand the disregard and carelessness Capsulers displayed towards those under their command.
When his piloting of a malfunctioning worker shuttle brought him to the attention of the Caldari military, it was a strange irony that he would be selected for Capsuler training himself. Displaying a talent for Destroyers, Talon quickly became one of the most noted Destroyer commanders in the Citidel region until the Navy decided to replace their Destroyer squadrons with Battleships.
Talon has since gained a reputation for fairness towards his crews that is unusual among capsulers, and his ships are among the most sought after billets in Caldari space.
