Capital Ship Transfers in player owned structures: 150,000,000 Flat Rate

How this works:

Both parties must be online at the specified date and time, on my Discord and ready to complete the transfer.

The buyer transfers me the ISK. The seller transfers me the property. I then send the seller the ISK and transfer the property to the buyer.

Ship buyers must be granted temporary docking access to the player owned structure where the ship is located. The buyer must be allowed to undock and jump away before the ISK is transfered to the seller. This is to prevent sellers acting in bad faith from ganking the buyer.

To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, there will be no deviation of this process.

My fee can be split between the parties or paid in full by one of the parties, prior to completing the transaction.
