Combat anomalies are broken into 10 different levels, which increase in difficulty and reward. The ranking goes Hideaway, Burrow, Refuge, Den, Yard, Rally Point, Port, Hub, Haven, and Sanctum. Sites tagged with in them can potentially have three prefixes – Hidden, Forsaken, and Forlorn – which indicate additional difficulty.
