The only daughter of the infamous Marcellus Ceres, knowned for the humiliatiing bankruptcy of the family mining corporation caused, in part, by the insurrection of the many slaves who worked under his guidance. This fiasco added to the many douptfull dealings of the patriarch lead the Amarr authorities to revoke the family's claim to nobility and seize any remaining assets. To avoid disgrace on her own family, Red's mother fled the impounded estate, never to be seen again.
Shortly after that, probably to reflect on his actions, Red's father took a stroll into space without the courtesy of a space suit.
Red's life was rapidly desintgrating. The young girls' already vulnerable mind shut down to numb the pain. She was placed in an orphenage run by a congregation of nuns. It was soon discovered that her condition would make he a liable candidate to become a pod pilot.
