Curry Kior (2007-08-05): VGND needs to be transparent with their diplomatic records and killboard. As they were NBSI and seem to be having trouble making the philosophical transition to NRDS, they have to provide the evidence of their intent to change. Also, they refuse to compensate when mistakes are made. This exhibits bad intent to me.
