Bio

Black Omne > free prostate exams, inquire within
Fleet battle is 99% boredom waiting around for an engagment and 1% sheer exhillaration when the shit hits the fan.

Your brain deactivates as it finds your skull a ravaged husk of the glorious boulder it once was.

A recipie for meatloaf:

1 lb Ground Beef
10 Saltine Crackers
1/2c grated Colby-Jack Cheese
1 egg
1/2 of a small onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Worchestershire Sauce
Ground Cumin
Ground Red Pepper
Olive Oil
Ketchup
Brown Sugar
Ground Mustard

1. Crush saltines into mostly powder

2. Chop onion into small pieces

3. Saute chopped onion and garlic in a small skillet with 1tbs
Olive Oil, over med-low heat until yellow and tender

4. Lightly whisk egg into large bowl; add ground beef, grated
cheese, crushed saltines, and the onion-garlic mix.

5. Add approx 2 tbs Worchestershire Sauce, 1/4 tsp ground
red pepper, 1 tsp Cumin, and a dash of salt.

6. Mix liberally with hands until thoroughly incorporated. Form
into a rough loaf shape, and place on a greased/nonstick
cooking sheet.

7. Mix a glaze of 1/3 c Ketchup, 1/4 tsp ground mustard, and
1 tbs brown sugar, spread over meatloaf.

8. Place meatloaf in 350F degree oven for approx 30-40
minutes, or until the internal temperate reaches 180F degrees,
and the glaze is just beginning to brown in places. Remove from
oven, let set 5 minutes, and serve.

Serves 3-4, or 1 Remedial.

This recipie is easily doubled, but cooking time will increase - I
strongly recommend the use of an internal thermometer. Try
substituting the crushed saltines with oatmeal for a 'moister'
meatloaf. Chopped tomatoes or roasted red/green peppers are
great additions as well. Different types of cheese suit different
tastes - I'm particular to a mix of provolone and mozzeralla.
