Having spent almost a year away from the EVE universe while studying the rare Jovian Humpback Toad, splattercat is
now back doing what he does best - enforcing SPOTS'* agenda of stopping the more common toad types from being
mercilessly run down by ships as they cross stargates on their way to their breeding grounds.
The popular Yulaian toad is one such animal that is at increasing risk. It can often be found roaming around empire
space, eating the space moss that grows on asteroids. Excessive mining is starting to destroy the toad's environment
and feeding areas. This is a serious matter and anyone caught mining in a way that damages the delicate eco-system
of their home will be reported to SPOTS and fined/podded.
