Danish Eggcake! o/
4 eggs, a litre of milk, 2% fat or more, a healthy bunch of cheddar, chili, salt, pebber, timian, oregano, a cup of flour, mix that bunch in a big bowl of love!
Oil an ovenproof bowl, then pour the mass in there. Set it in the oven, 200C for 30 minutes.
Fry some thin bacon slices, and cut some tomato slices. After 30 minutes of eggcake baking, put the bacon and tomatoes on the eggcake!
When it's done, serve on wellbuttered multigrain ryebread!
