Juliux Novi

The chair let out a slow and steady creek as Juliux leaned back in disbelief. "It can't be...." he mumbled under his breath as he squinted intently at the holopad message. His brother, Mijstor Jedann, the once fearless leader of the Amarrian paramilitary corporation Dark Seraph, had been reported kiilled in action in a Minmatar border raid in sector K-7. At the time Juliux had been in command of the Amarr Navy vessel Rok'tar attached to the 5th fleet headed up by Admiral Korvis.

Looking over daily intel reports was the only peace and quiet Admiral Korvis seemed to get these days. Things had been...quite volatile on the border. A knock at his ready-room door beckons his attention as he looks up to see Sector Commander Juliux Novi Jdeann standing at attention. "Come in Juliux, come in. What is it you want? If it's those frequency crystals for Red Squadron, we're still waiting on last weeks convoy which got held up by heavy combat near..." Juliux stopped him right there and interjected, "With all due respect, sir, I'm here about something else. I need to request a leave of absence, sir. I have some personal matters to attend to which concern my family."...

He walked out of the Admiral's ready-room, now a civilian, with the respect and admiration of everyone aboard that ship, and within the fleet. By now, news of his brothers death had spread like wildfire throughout the empire. They all knew what he was about to do.

Fighting for the Reclaiming amidst a Government unwilling to back it - House Jedann will once again send its flesh and blood into the cold depths of space in service of our glorious and most holy Empire.
