Lulzes

[Used to play as Aerin Suhn between 2005.9.12 and 2007,6,24]

They say that "God" is compassionate, that his mercy is everlasting, and yet they also say that his wrath is great and his purpose unyielding. With one hand they give a carrot and in the other they hold a stick.

I know different.

The "Word of God" is but the words of men, those same men with the carrots and the sticks. If "God" gave Amarr the strength to defeat its "enemies", who gave strength to the Gallente? To the Caldari? To the oppressed Minmatar, who broke free? Strength that conquers some and yet leaves others free is not the strength of a god, It is the strength of men, and a strength that allows of weakness. And it is not the strength of those men with carrots and sticks, for they only have carrots and sticks, not strength.

It is our strength, squandered for years grasping at carrots and cowering before sticks.

No longer. No longer Amarr. Free.
