Pop Wondergrass

The halfwit son of Noah and Shirley Hierba de la Maravilla, Pop was born into the mining industry - he knows how to handle varieties of veldspar.

An accident at the age of 8 involving a warp drive and a mining laser led to half his brain being replaced with a cloned copy of the young brain of George Lucas, causing him to fantasise effectively about technologies that would increase mining production and efficiency, and applying them in a fairytale fashion.

He soon bored of this, and realised that his future involved learning how to fly bigger and badder ships about the place, and not dying in the process. He's still learning.
