Something about this guy seems a bit off. His dress and manner of speech are completely bizarre, and trying to get him to explain where he comes from is an exercise in futility. His frequent ramblings on Elves and Dragons suggest he's lingered a bit too long in radioactive asteroid belts without proper shielding. That or he's just plain old-fashioned bugnuts crazy.

Pressing him on his background only raises more questions, and suggests that he may have jacked himself into a full set of counterfeit implants. To make matters worse, he occasionally contorts his face, wiggles his fingers, and shouts, "Fireball! 2 damage! 2 damage!"

As he turns his attention back to business, his parting words linger in the air, "Begone, foul minion of Nagafen. Trouble these lands of Norrath no more or face my wrath!"

Or maybe he's just drunk.
