the Blackdeath

"Due to the sandbox nature of EVE -- as a game designed around player-created conflict -- acts of piracy, warfare, non-consensual player-vs-player combat, ganking, scamming and theft are not seen as exploits by the developers of EVE Online, As the opportunity to do so is built into the game mechanics. It is not a violation of the EULA/TOS for players to steal items from other players if given the proper roles and opportunity. It is also not a violation to scam other players out of assets, either through contracts or social engineering. These are intended aspects of EVE Online and I will not be able to take any action in this regard."
