While raised with a bitter hatred for the Gallente, the benefits of neutrality were made apparent when Kenny Ray acquired a Badger Industrial and expanded his business into the trafficking of Gallente whores and Minmatar pleasure slaves.

In an infamous new-eden pub known to many as "The bolthole", security cameras caught KR waxing poetic about the virtues of neutrality in business. "Kill too many Gallente today, and you will be deprived the right to fly into their space to snort crash off the asses of their whores tomorrow!"

It was clear that a life of business, in particular mining, suited the young Ray. He has found no better way to pass the time of immortality than mining in a drunken and drug induced haze, Gallente whores at the ready. "I serve the State in my own way," he has said. "The Gallente are fast becoming a Prostitution Based economy, in no small part due to my exploits."

He is often found in hisec asteroid belts, drunk and screaming, "Tovil-Toba!"
