Simply put, he's an idiot. But he pays well, so I tolerate his eccentric, absurdist tendencies. There are times when I refuse to believe this walking dumpsterfire of a Gallentean has earned that reputation of his, but then he wakes up in a fresh new clone, and the insurance payout rolls in, along with the string of CONCORD reports that went before his own.
Washed out of the Federal Navy Academy for, and I quote, "conduct that can only be described as belligerantly and willfully recalcitrant and irreverent", accepting a warrant thereafter, before being sent directly to the Defense Union, where he subsequently resigned in protest after a physical altercation with not one, but two superiors, afterwhich he decided privateering was his true calling, and eventually ending up commanding mostly combat vessels for a soveriegn capsuleer-led nation, which he threw in staggering numbers at not only mortal pirates, but other capsuleers, which seem to be, by and away, his favorite thing in the world besides testing every last ounce of my patience.
But again, the pay is good, and I'm frankly starting to get used to his brand of neo-dadaism.
Thankfully, the book-keeping is done by our associate in Jita. I shudder to think what his bank statements look like. All those expensive ships, with such expensive upgrades..... and he's so cavalier about throwing them all away like that.
If I'm being entirely truthful, though..... the Caldari woman scares me. There's just something deeply unsettling about her.
