Arryns Oube Talie-Kuo

Arryns graduated with honors from the Federal Naval Academy, a model patriot of the Gallente Federation until he realized that defending democracy involved far too many committee meetings. While his peers were debating the socio-political ethics of orbital bombardment, Arryns was busy calculating the exchange rate between freedom and a Caldari corporate paycheck.

He defected to the State not for ideology, but because the Megacorporations promised him significantly less paperwork and vastly more ammunition. Now operating as a mercenary for the highest Caldari bidder, he hunts his former countrymen with lethal efficiency.
