A bio-organism found by Gallente researchers in Triglavian space, brought back to study to later escape it's containment.
With a hijacked android body and a capsule, this alien lifeform has infested most electronics on its chosen vessel, communicating through the AI telemetry it semi-inhabits with other space-travelers and capsuleers.

Prefering space mining or salvage operations (preferably after combat), they drift around space with their drones, attempting to simply blend into the lifestyle of most other people in the galaxy. Although it's somewhat riggid and third-person interractions with others, it seem that they mean well - but prefer its freedom rather than binding itself to another empire.

Perhaps Piracy lies somewhere behind the curtains, but who can tell.
