Since I have been getting insane amount of emails about our ship compensation program:

1. It usually takes 1-5 days for your request to be reviewed and processed.

2. We will send you isk without replying your email, please check your wallet update.

3. Only requests that come with the 5M procedural fee will be reviewed.

4. Individuals that attempt to abuse this program will be put on blacklist.

Update/4/20/2023
