K l o u n | Grimly Magistrate
''Steadfast Loyalist''

The object of rewards is to ecourage; that of punishments, to prevent. If rewards are high, then what the ruler wants will be quickly effected; if punishments are heavy, what he does not want will be swiftly prevented. The way of an enlightened ruler is to make it so that no minister may make a proposal and then fail to match it with actions and results.

What does it take ot build a symphony, it takes a blueprint; four movements that will dictate key, tempo and the arrangements of musical disintegrators that will create harmonies, melodies. It takes an orchestra, master capsuleers of their craft working in perfect unity, to transform hulls into sound, and those sounds into an experience. But most of all, it takes emotion, a feeling so powerful that it transcends words and must be expressed in another form.
