After thinking about it for a few seconds i make my decision.

"Fine." - says the CONCORD office with click of his tongue and bit of disappointment.
"Since your features closely resemble Minmatar we will register you as one. Have fun being immortal, we will be watching you." - The CONCORD officer grins and walks away.
