Bio

Name: Luke “Ashborn” Bohmke
Race: Minmatar (Vherokior Tribe—yes, the scrappy ones)
Occupation: Capsuleer, Smuggler, and “Opportunistic Mercenary” (aka ISK-chasing chaos agent)
Born: YC 98 (January 16, 2022, if you’re into Earth calendars, but who isn’t confused by EVE’s timeline?)
Home System: Jita—where else you gonna offload sketchy Sleeper junk?
Biography:
Luke Varrens crawled out of the sandblasted slums of Matar, a Vherokior kid raised by ex-slave parents who survived on grit, spite, and Brutor hand-me-downs. They fed him epic tales of rebellion; he fed himself daydreams of ditching the dirt for the stars. Patience? Not his thing. At 17, he yeeted himself onto a smuggler’s Thrasher, trading sandstorms for space shenanigans.
A crew of shady Hek capsuleers spotted his talent for not dying (and mouthing off) and decided, “Sure, let’s plug this feral twink into a pod.” The process was a nightmare—think “rebirth via industrial blender”—but Luke emerged as Ashborn, because nothing says “new me” like a badass nickname and a questionable life expectancy.
Now he’s a full-on capsuleer, zipping through New Eden in his beat-up Stabber, Dustwraith—a ship as reliable as a drunk Gallente on shore leave. Smuggling’s his game: boosters, stolen tech, maybe a crate of suspiciously ticking “artifacts.” If the pay’s good, he’ll merc it up, preferably against Amarr zealots or Caldari corpo-drones—bonus points if he can flip them off mid-fight. Hero? Nah. Luke’s a scrappy opportunist with a grudge, a grin, and a bank account that’s perpetually one bad job from flatlining.
Wiry, scarred, and rocking implants that scream “I’ve seen some shit,” Luke’s got charm for days—until you’re on his bad side, then it’s all knives and “whoops, my autocannons slipped.” Barflies in Hek swear he’s dodged Sansha raids, but ask him and he’ll just smirk, sip his drink, and ask if you’re buying the next round. In a galaxy of overpowered immortals, Luke Ashborn’s the cockroach you can’t squash—hustling, brawling, and narrowly escaping his way to infamy, one glorious mess at a time.
