I was born a Sebiestor, but soon after my Voluval ceremony, I had to leave my home planet. I joined a Thukker caravan and travelled with them for quite a while. After seeing slavery in Derelic, the victims of pirate raids in Molden Heath and Amarrian military "reclaiming" the Great Wildlands, I knew I had to get a proper military education. With my Voluval mark, the possibilities seemed bleak, but the caravan master pulled some strings and I was accepted in the Republic Military School. Still, it was made clear from the beginning that I had no future in the Republic Fleet. This is why I was looking for a different organisation, one with less prejudice, to join the fight against piracy and slavery.
