It is the task of the Amarr Empire to remove the disorder from our own existence, so that civilization may be returned to the stability that promotes progress. A stability that existed under the Amarr Empire, was reduced to anarchy by the petty Minmatar, was inherited in turn by the so-called Republic, and will be restored by us. Future historians will look upon this as the time when a strong hand brought the rule of law back to civilization.

It may appear to some that the enactment of universal laws and the widespread deployment of a heavily armed military are steps toward galactic domination, but these actions are taken merely to protect us from those who would invade, enslave, exploit, or foment political dissent, and to punish accordingly any who engage in such acts. Look on our military not as trespassers or interlopers, but as gatekeepers, here to shore up Amarr's vision of a pacified and prosperous galaxy.

The Amarr Empire is not the Republic. We are purer. We have been through the crucible and emerged stronger. Our goal is galactic peace through absolute order. Everybody thinks they want freedom, but what they really want is order. When they realize that, they're going to welcome us with open arms.

The glorious Amarr Empire is on the verge of bringing unprecedented peace to the galaxy. An era of harmony once unimaginable amid the corruption and chaos of these other petty "factions".
