Uncle Enzo is the head of the Mafia. He runs his organization with a personal touch and comes in person to apologize to any customers who do not receive their pizzas on time. He is, however, disenchanted with the current state of the Mafia, which he feels has become too corporate and lacks the initiative he used to see in his youth. Uncle Enzo's focus on personal relationships helps him avoid the trap of rigid ideology.
