Where Ignuceque was born is something of a myetery, as is the precise specifics of who exactly they worked for or why. But what is known is that broadly speaking they were at one point a researcher for Roden Shipyards. Given their current occupation it is unsurprising that they also happened to be fascinated with Triglavian technology. Among the first researchers to volunteer in studying early models, passion quickly turned to obssession. Since then they have had a single minded fixation on precursor technology and on upgrading it with Gallente technology.

Their ideology however is much more known, and more often spoken about. Cycles of rebirth gave them a curious relation with the feeling of consciousness and self. They hold the mind, much more then even the body, to be a sacred construct. Through proving and discourse elements people slowly evolve, incorporate new ideas, and learn to better themselves. Such a thing cannot happen if ones mental ability is impaired, or free will is removed. As a consequence they are fanatically opposed to Sansha's Nation or anyone who might use mind altering technology.
