Stas Barionov

This particular bloodline of loyal Caldari citizen especially values facial hair, even on women members of the family. If you insult one of Barionov Family member's facial hair, the consequences could be beyond dire, as one of the Barionov's ancient ancestors even went on a murder spree over a simple offense of his lack of eyebrows. Luckily for normal citizen, this member of Barionov family has a rather timid character, therefore crying in a corner if one dares to make a joke of his limp moustache.

He does look intimidating, at least.
Not a complete failure.
