Hello,

I tend to Bob N'Weave around New Eden. As a member of Signal Cartel in the EvE-Scout Enclave, it is my duty to treat every pilot/situation as Neutral. This means that i will not agress, scam, slander, bully or otherwise treat anyone in a less than helpful or professional manner.

I am not here to attack anyone, I am here simply to offer help in any way that I can. If you are stuck in a wormhole and need assistance I am your guy.

I may retaliate if attacked as i have the ability to defend myself. However i do not wish to engage in combat with another pilot on the basis that i am here to help everyone regardless of their affiliation.

That being said, if I am caught there is a likelyhood that I may have a small fortune or nothing at all.
