Bio
Play this during encounter.
Proud apostate of Amarr and a dedicated freedom fighter fighting for the weak and oppressed.
Born a sole scion of a liberal-holder family of Amarr, Octavech Raholan always held deep friendship with his family's Minmatar slaves, leading him to eventually grow disdainful and horrified of their treatment by his own people.
With his family's demise caused by Sansha's Nation related incident he has inherited everything his family has owned alongside full authority of their assets and slaves.
He joined the Amarr Navy to learn every necessary knowledge of a capsuleer's life, and after that he freed all his family's slaves, liquidated all capital to invest in his career, and hacked off his arm with a Black Dagger as a sign of his apostasy.
As a capsuleer, Octavech now fights alongside freedom fighters of Minmatar origins.
Amarr Empire, Khanid Kingdom, Angel Cartel, Sansha's Nation, Ammatar Mandate, and Blood Raider Covenant are his sworn enemies due to their unrepentent practice of slavery.
He also views Caldari State as another breed of oppressive despots while he is most supportive towards the SOE, and obviously Minmatar Republic.
He also holds great respect towards the Gallente Federation for their values of individual liberty, and requested asylum which are yet to be answered.
He is aware of Ammatar Mandate's history with Starkmanir, but now laments that the Mandate has corrupted to become no better than the slaver-holders of his people.
Among the pirates, he views Guristas as the only ones worth negotiating for their animosity against Caldari despots.
Often distrusted for his lineage, Octavech is eager to prove himself to his freedom fighter comrades by sheer dedication to the cause.
He is also very dedicated to the crew of his ships, all of them freedom fighter militants, and every individual death means costly and dignified funerals.
