Jarlath Dubhlaoich

A reformed juvenile delinquent, Jarlath Dubhlaoich joined the Gallente Federation Marine Corps at age 18. After serving two tours of duty with distinction, including heavy combat in Luminaire, he was recruited into the Special Department of Internal Investigations and Federal Security. His exploits with the “Black Eagles” make up the majority of his heavily redacted Federation personnel file. According to available SDII records, Jarlath was last officially stationed at the Federal Naval Academy on Duripant VII to be evaluated for Capsuleer candidacy. Since then he has joined the private sector and continued paramilitary operations in defence of the Federation.
