Vallo grew up on planet Kiru, second celestial mass in the Pasha system.
Once he became of age he signed in at Kiru's Space Militia, distinguishing himself for his reckless but nonetheless effective piloting skills.
After his home planet got demolished by the Goons Swarm fleet he decided that army life was not for him afterall.
Recruited by Destino, he flew under the banner of the Rebel Alliance of New Eden (RANE) fighting against the Goons for the control of the Cloud Ring at the Battle of the Keepstar in 9-4RP2.
After the Cloud Ring was lost, he spent some time in Mercomesier opposing the tirant Nina Glutdrache and his minions.

Today Vallo has no homesystem, he can be found in the Cloud Ring taking his personal Vendetta against The Initiative and GoonsSwarm.
