Malis Rugor was an immigrant to the Gallente Federation with his family when he was only a baby. The Gallente Federation has been all he has known his entire life. His family were merchants who struggled to survive. He may or may not have taken things that did not belong to him when he was a youth to help make ends meet. He swore that he would never live like this when he was an adult. He would make a living for himself. He survived a brutal attack on the convoy he had stowed away on with his parents. They weren't o lucky. The Gallente Federation gave him a ship in return for him to fight, so he did. It was an opprtunity to start out on his own and do more then survive.

Since piloting for the Gallentte Federation Malis decided to explore and look for new opportunities. With his Newly aquired Venture that he named Valosk after his Mother, he will find the most valuable ores and make his fotune.
