Personality Assessment: Not the brightest amongst the galaxy, Flicker only graduates from Hedion University only after 6 years after numerous attempts in advanced education in Enforcer Major of EVE. Nonetheless, his determination to complete the course despite multiple attempts of his peers to "persuade" him to quit. He is seen cheerful most of the time, but further assessment is required.

Physical Assessment: Small, average build, Flicker is a just another average joe of the enforcers in terms of mental fortitude and warfare. His fitness level are not exceptional but enough for him to operate a training Abaddon during Warfare Training 101, which shows great potential in his piloting skills, and he remain compose under pressure. Recommend that he enlist with the Imperial Navy Army of the Amarr Empire to further hone his skills.
