Once a great Amarr pilot, Eagle Eye Li's eyesight eventually deteriorated after countless hours of gazing intently at pornographic holoreels at an unsafe distance from the screen. His condition was further exacerbated by his bizarre penchant for eyeballing vodka. After dozens of destoyed ships and dead clones he now pilots his vessels from a holographic simulator in the cargo hold while other, more competant pilots man the actual controls. When asked about his prowess, Li always cheerily states "Me number one pilot! Li see you!"
