Dar alHarb

Dar cracked the tab on his brew. Anti grav was hell on the bubbles, but the ale still tasted fine, bitter, but that was good for this batch. Warm alcohol and a glorious view was all he needed in life. That and the isk he was going to earn when he brought his humper back for this can. The humm of the lasers working away at the crust of a trio of cherries was almost enough to lull him to sleep.

Almost.

That was the moment the lurkers were waiting for. Dar saw them two dozen klicks out. More than enough time to switch all the beams to one rock and leave him more targets for the drones. The lurkers were going to enjoy meeting the drones. However briefly.

Dar knew the real reason his drones would always be the best. He never had to put down his beer.
